I originally booked an eyebrow wax with Isabella, and during my first appointment she took the time to explain the benefits of tweezing over traditional waxing, particularly in terms of protecting the skin and achieving a more precise, tailored shape. I trusted her professional judgement, and I am so glad I did. My eyebrows have never looked better.

Her attention to detail is incredible. She never rushes and genuinely cares about achieving the best possible result. Every appointment feels personalised, and it's clear she takes immense pride in her work.

After about 9 years of exclusively shaving, I have been going to Isabella for over 2 years now for full leg and Hollywood or Brazilian wax. I haven’t had a wax with anyone since and I do not plan on getting waxed by anyone else… ever! As someone with extremely dark and thick hair all over my body (and really sensitive skin) I had not found that my skin and body hair has been treated properly until coming to Isabella. Before, results were never worth it and waxing was always too painful, but the combination of the regular strip wax and Isabella’s meticulous work has changed that for me. The hair in the areas that I get waxed are now very light and very fine, which has made my life much much easier. Isabella is consistently so careful and always very caring.
